Took the Eagle Feeding Cruise with my parents visiting from India. The skipper was punctual and explained the route clearly before departure. The mangrove channels were quite different from what we expected — more intricate than generic tour descriptions suggest. Seeing the Brahminy kites was worth the early start, though the feeding itself is brief. Vessel was clean and the breakfast adequate.

Chartered the Four Islands Circuit for our family group. The vessel handled well and the crew knew the waters thoroughly. Dayang Bunting lake requires a somewhat steep walk from the jetty — something to consider if mobility is an issue. The packed lunch was decent, nothing elaborate but practical for eating aboard. Overall coordination was good, though I would have preferred more time at Beras Basah for swimming.

The Andaman Overnight was exactly what we needed — a chance to properly disconnect. The 48-foot cruiser had enough space that our group of six didn't feel crowded. Cabins were functional rather than luxurious, which suited the charter nature. The cook prepared simple but well-executed meals. What impressed us was the crew's knowledge of the anchorage sites and their willingness to adjust timing based on conditions.

Communication before the charter was straightforward, and they were clear about what was included in the price. One suggestion would be providing more detailed information about the islands beforehand for those unfamiliar with the area.

The overnight charter gave us access to snorkelling sites that day trips can't reach. Facilities aboard were basic but functional. Would have preferred slightly later breakfast timing on day two, but understand this might be linked to tidal considerations.
