What is included in the charter price?
All charter prices include vessel hire, fuel, crew, basic refreshments, and any specified meals. Snorkelling equipment and life jackets are provided. The price covers the entire vessel for your group, not per person. Marine park entrance fees at Pulau Payar are additional where applicable.
How do I make a booking?
Contact us by phone or email with your preferred dates, number of guests, and which charter interests you. We'll confirm availability and provide a booking form. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due three days before departure. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
What happens if weather conditions are unsuitable?
We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you the day before if conditions appear marginal. If we cancel due to safety concerns, you can reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel due to weather predictions, standard cancellation terms apply. The skipper makes the final decision on departure day.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes, within reason. The Four Islands Circuit and Overnight Anchorage itineraries can be adjusted to focus on specific activities or destinations. The Eagle Feeding Cruise follows a set route due to the location of the feeding grounds. Discuss your preferences when booking, and we'll work with you to create a suitable plan considering weather, tides, and safety.
What should I bring aboard?
Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a light jacket for early morning or evening. Comfortable shoes with grip are recommended. Camera equipment is welcome. For overnight charters, bring personal toiletries and a change of clothes. Towels and basic amenities are provided onboard. Alcohol is permitted but must be consumed responsibly.
Is travel insurance recommended?
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers marine activities. While our vessels are insured and we maintain comprehensive safety equipment, insurance provides additional protection for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Check that your policy covers boat trips and water activities in Malaysia.
